1. Custom & Bulk Orders
- All customized, printed, or bulk orders are non-refundable once production has started.
- This includes orders with custom designs, logos, sizes, colors, or special fabric requirements.
2. Manufacturing Defects or Errors
Refunds or replacements may be provided in case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors
- Incorrect size, color, or quantity supplied (compared to the confirmed order)
Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
3. Approval Before Production
- Samples or digital mockups are shared for approval before production (where applicable).
- Once approved, Tackle World is not responsible for design-related dissatisfaction.
4. Refund Process
- After verification of the issue, we may offer:
- A replacement of the affected products, or
- A partial or full refund, depending on the situation
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
- Once raw material procurement or manufacturing has started, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
